Eden Home Testimony

After many years of wanting to go, my family and I finally went on a mission trip to Eden Home in Mongolia in the last week of June. With Sarnai’s many posts on Facebook about the children, I couldn’t wait to meet them. From the second I walked through the door, I was flooded with very tight hugs and squeezes. I immediately felt their love for us, reminding me of God’s unconditional love for all of us. Their genuine care for each other (and even strangers like us) were a true reflection of His love, and how we should treat each other. I can definitely say that they taught me more than I taught them. They taught me about faithfulness in prayer - that with devotion, I can trust in Him for all things, because even though it seemed like there was no hope for them before Eden Home, they continued to pray. They taught me about hope, about not to lose faith when things get rough, as hope produces perseverance. They taught me about gratefulness; gratefulness in all that God has blessed...
